With under a minute to play in Virtus Bologna’s game against Reggio Emilia on the road in the Italian LegaBasket, Milos Teodosic suffered an apparent knee injury and had to be helped off of the floor by his teammates.
“We all hope that it’s nothing serious”, commented Virtus head coach Sergio Scariolo briefly after his team’s 90-81 victory. Teodosic is expected to be re-evaluated Monday to determine the severity of the injury.

So far in the 2021 season, Teodosic is among Virtus’ leaders with an average of 13.3 points and 8.1 assists per EuroCup game, while he posts 9.3 points and 6.7 assists per game in the Italian LegaBasket.
