Luigi Datome took the lead as Olimpia Milano logged a 74-64 win against Fortitudo Bologna in the Italian league.
Datome put on 14 points, four rebounds and four assists. Davide Alviti and Ben Bentil added the points each with the latter also grabbing seven boards.
For Bologna, Branden Frazier banked in 22 points in addition to Robin Benzing’s 15 and Gabriele Procida’s 12 points.
With this win, Milano improved to a 14-2 record in the first place of the standings, in front of Virtus Bologna with 14-3. Fortitudo stayed at the bottom with 5-12, the same record as Cremona.
