After dropping one game to Pesaro, Olimpia Milano got the job done in this series and booked the ticket to the semifinals in Italy after a convincing victory 94-80.
It was all over in the first quarter when Olimpia Milano scored 34 points. The home side could not stop Ettore Messina’s squad from scoring at will at could not recover after the first ten minutes.
Shavon Shields led the way with 25 points, while Nicolo Melli added 14 points. On the other side, the legendary Carlos Delfino scored 14 points in 23 minutes for Pesaro.
Olimpia Milano is now waiting for Venezia or Sassari to finish their series. While on the other side, Virtus Bologna had no problems with Brindisi (3-0)
