Trapani Shark, Germani Brescia, and Dolomiti Energia Trento share the lead in Italy’s LBA UnipolSai, ahead of Virtus Segafredo Bologna and EA7 Emporio Armani Milan

Pushing Virtus Segafredo Bologna off the top of the LBA UnipolSai, Dinamo Banco dis Sardegna Sassari defeated the team coached by Dusko Ivanovic, 76-68, in PalaSerradimigni on Sunday.

An illness forced Daniel Hackett to miss the Round 17 fixture, besides Will Clyburn and Ante Zizic stuck to the injury list. Among the available players, Marco Belinelli and Rayjon Tucker shared a team-high 13 points. Chasing the hosts throughout the 40 minutes, Vu Nere was forced down to 12-5.

A new personal best in points for the 35-year-old Croatian center in the 2024-25 campaign led his side to 13-4. Trapani Shark destroying Estra Pistoia, 104-60, improved to 13-4 on Saturday. Going to 13-4 on Sunday, Dolomiti Energia Trento beat Umana Reyer Venice, 74-70, in Palasport Taliercio.
