Dinamo Sassari has added 35-year-old guard David Bell to its roster. He arrives from Phoenix Hagen in Germany, where he spent the previous 4 seasons, though due to financial problems the club was kicked out of the BBL league and the player became a free agent.
His performances in the German league were quite exceptional, as he averaged 18.3 points and 6.1 assists per game. This season he was the fourth highest scorer in the league and fifth overall in assists.
“I’m really excited to start this adventure with the coach and my new teammates. I’ve heard so many good things about Sassari and its people, I can not wait to start working with them”, said the player.
