A great partnership of two players pushed Grisson Bon Reggio Emilia to an 89-82 win against Fiat Torino on Day 27 of Legabasket. After this game, both teams stayed below the playoff zone with a 12-15 record.
It was all about two players for the hosts. Manuchar Markoishvili’s perfect three-point shooting held them in the game during the second period when they were down by an eight-point margin (32-24) and he continued the rhythm later on finishing the game with 24 points (7/7 from behind the arc).
But he was not alone as Jalen Reynolds ‘found the groove’ in the second part of the game scoring 22 points in last two periods. He recorded a huge double-double in the end with game-high 29 points while adding 18 rebounds, a total index value of 41.
On the other side, Trevor Mbakwe scored 19 in addition to Garrett Diante Maurice’s 17 points.
Over the weekend, in a thrilling game that was decided down the stretch, Brescia came out on top in overtime against Olimpia Milano.
