Andrew Goudelock and Curtis Jerrells combined for 52 points to give AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano a 90-80 victory in Game 2 against Dolomiti Energia Trento and a 2-0 lead in the Legabasket Finals.
It was all about two home team players tonight as Jerells banked 27 points while Goudelock was right behind with 25 points. They shot 10/19 from behind the arc in total (5/8 and 5/11 respectively) and Trento just couldn’t get them out of the groove.
Vladimir Micov was also double-digit for Milano with 11 points. For the losing side, Joao Gomes scored 18 in addition to Ojar Silins’ 15 and Shavon Shields’ 14 points.
Game 3 in best-of-seven series is scheduled for Saturday 9th of June as the home-court advantage shifts to Trento.
