The FIBA Europe Cup winners announced that they have a new deal with Marquez Haynes for a new two-year contract. Haynes will stay with the team for a total of four seasons.
The 32 years old US guard (1,91 m.) who has also a Georgian passport has arrived in Venezia during the summer of 2016, after spending the season with Panathinaikos.
During his two years in Venezia, he has played a total of 130 games, leading the team to the 2017 Italian league championship title and the FIBA Europe Cup, which is expected to give to the team the chance to compete to the Basketball Champions League next season.
