Reggio Emilia announced that the club parted ways with American guard Ricky Ledo after a mutual agreement between the two sides.
Ledo leaves Reggio Emilia after averaging 23.5 points (top scorer in the Italian League), 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists over 33 minutes per game in eight matches with the team in Serie A. Reggio Emilia is 2-6 in the standings.
“We thanks Ledo for his contribution in this first part of the season,” Reggio Emilia Sports Director Alessandro Frosini said. “Unfortunately, there weren’t any conditions to continue our cooperation any longer. We wish the guy good luck in his career.”
“I thank the team for the period I spent with Reggio Emilia. I’m sorry for not being able to get the expected results but I think this is the best solution for my career,” Ledo said.
