The French national anthem will be played prior to the next round of games in Italy in solidarity for the recent fire in Notre Dame, Lega A announced.
The Italian Federation took the decision for the “Marseillaise” to be heard in the arenas not only of Serie A (First Division) games but also in Serie A2 (Second Division), Serie B (Third Division) and Women Leagues’ championship matches.
Round 27 in the Italian Serie A will begin on Saturday (20/4) with the game between Trento and Pistoia.
