Dallas Mavericks and Serbian national team center Boban Marjanovic was asked to make a selection that looks difficult to possibly near-impossible: Pick the five players for an all-time Serbian team.
There are simply a lot of Serbian basketball stars to choose from, so Boban had to go with a mix of past greats and some os his current teammates while “squeezing” two centers in.
“Dejan Bodigora, [Milos] Teodosic, Jokic. Now I have Vlade Divac too,” Marjanovic said. He then went on to explain how he’d fit both Jokic and Divac on the team: “Jokic can play 4”
Marjanovic completed his picks with Sasha Danilovic.
