On the 19th of January FIBA will announced the three countries which will host the men pre-olympic tournaments, however according to the Italian newspaper “Corriere Dello Sport”, Italy is already a lock.
The Italian federation has made a priority the pre-olympic tournament, so the possibilities of Torino getting one of the three tournaments is more than high. Germany, Czech Republic, Serbia, Turkey and the Philippines are also candidates to host one of the pre-olympic tournaments.
