As it was announced by the Bulgarian Basketball Federation, Israeli Sharon Drucker will be the new head coach of the national team.
Drucker, who replaces Konstantin Papazov, has been working as a coach in Israel, Lithuania, Belgium, Greece, Italy and Serbia. His crowining achievement was winning the Eurocup (Uleb Cup back then) in 2004 with Hapoel Jerusalem. He has also won the Eurochallenge of 2006 with the Russian team Ural Great Penn.
