Lakers center Timofey Mozgov is back working out after he injured a groin last Friday while playing for the Russian national team, as the Los Angeles Times reported.
The Lakers said Mozgov participated in a full practice Wednesday with Russia and reported no pain from the injury after he got an MRI exam on Saturday. The 7-foot-1 center was injured during the preparation game for the upcoming Eurobasket 2017 qualifiers between Russia and Ukraine last week. Mozgov missed the next two games with Russia, but the Lakers said he’s not restricted from playing in any more games.
