Atlanta Hawks‘ Trae Young joined the late Kobe Bryant with a rare record, as the only two players with 25 points, 10 assists before halftime.
Young finished with a total of 18 assists, a new career-high for him, while he posted 39 points and six rebounds in Hawks‘ 127-117 victory over Philadelphia 76ers.
Adding up to this emotional and symbolic performance, Young received and did not pass the ball running out of 8 seconds, then the Wizards also received the ball and gave out a 24-second possession.
