The 18-year-old forward Nikos Rogkavopoulos has decided to try his luck and has declared for the 2020 NBA Draft.
The 203cm tall Greek prospect has been playing with AEK Athens since 2017 and this season, he played 12 games split between the Greek League and Basketball Champions League with an average playtime of six minutes.
Rogkavopoulos’ best performance came in BCL against Anwil Wloclawek as he logged 15 points in 12 minutes on 4-6 shooting from deep.
The MVP of the 2017 U16 European Championship (Division B) played for the youth selections of the Greek national team every year and in the last year’s U18 European Championship, he posted 11.7 points per game leading his squad to the fourth spot.
