Ben Simmons was officially diagnosed with a subluxation of the left patella and has been ruled out for the time being by the Philadelphia 76ers. The 24-year-old Australian and the team are evaluating treatment options.
Simmons suffered the injury during Wednesday’s game against the Washington Wizards in the Orlando bubble. Up next the Orlando Magic on Friday, four more seeding contests will follow prior to the playoffs planned to tip-off on August 17.
