New Orleans Pelicans owner Gayle Benson is recovering after testing positive for the coronavirus a couple of weeks ago.
According to local media reports, the 73 years old Benson is under daily medical care, but so far she has not been hospitalized.
Per a team announcement, Benson which is also the owner of the NFL franchise of New Orleans Saints: “She has not missed a day of work calls at Saints and Pelicans and has participated in daily NFL and NBA owner calls”.
