The Milwaukee Bucks reached a deal with the New Orleans Pelicans adding Jrue Holiday in a trade, according to multiple reports. Eric Bledsoe and George Hill are moving in the opposite direction plus three first-round NBA draft picks, including this year’s #24 selection, and two picks swaps.

The Bucks will also acquire Bogdan Bogdanovic in a sign-and-trade deal with the Sacramento Kings, reports ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. They will send out Ersan Ilyasova, Donte DiVincenzo, and D.J. Wilson, while Justin James is included in the Kings package alongside the Serbian swingman.

A couple of major moves for the Milwaukee organization signaling the clear intention to bring in quality players in hope of convincing two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo to sign a super-max contract extension.

In other trade news, the Houston Rockets are moving Robert Covington to the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for Trevor Ariza, the 16th pick in the upcoming draft, and a protected 2021 selection, according to Wojnarowski.

Also, the trade involving Chris Paul and Ricky Rubio was made official. The Phoenix Suns received Paul and Abdel Nader and sent Rubio, Kelly Oubre Jr., Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque, and a protected 2022 first-round pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
