With the NBA free agency being limited just to 10 days, a lot of things are happening and here you can track all the reported major moves made in Day 2 that don’t include direct European interest. Transfers that include European players, or players that are familiar faces in Europe can be found here.

  • Guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has agreed to a three-year, $40M deal to return to the Los Angeles Lakers, per ESPN.  Caldwell-Pope re-signed with the Lakers in July 2019 on a two-year, $16.6M deal that included an $8.5M player option for the 2020-21 season which he declined.
  • Center Paul Millsap stays with the Denver Nuggets with a new one-year, $10 million-plus deal. 35-year-old Millsap has spent his last three seasons on the Nuggets, with an average of 11.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists on 48.2% shooting through 51 regular-season games last season.
  • Forward Cam Reynolds is headed to San Antonio Spurs with a one-year non-guaranteed deal. Reynolds averaged 5.0 points and 1.6 rebounds in the 2018-19 season with the Timberwolves. He spent 2019-20 with the Wisconsin Herd, Bucks‘ G-League affiliate.
  • Forward Wes Iwundu will sign a two-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks, per Shams Charania of The Athletic. He averaged 4.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, and one assist per game in his last three seasons with the Orlando Magic.
  • Center Nerlens Noel agreed to a one-year, $5M deal with the New York Knicks, ESPN reported first. Noel averaged 7.3 points and 4.9 rebounds with the Oklahoma City Thunder last season.
  • Guard Jevon Carter has agreed to a three-year deal worth $11.5 million to return to the Phoenix Suns. Carter was acquired in a trade from the Memphis Grizzlies in 2019 and played his way into a key reserve role with the Suns. The former Texas Tech star averaged 4.9 points and 2.0 rebounds last season.
  • Guard Jeff Teague has agreed to a one-year deal to play with the Boston Celtics. The deal was first reported by the Boston Globe and confirmed by ESPN. Teague, 32, split time with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Atlanta Hawks last season, averaging 10.9 points and 5.2 rebounds in 59 games.
  • Guard Denzel Valentine has agreed to return to the Chicago Bulls on a one-year deal by signing his qualifying offer, worth $4.6 million. In 170 career games with the Bulls, the 27-year old has averaged 7.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
  • Guard Elfrid Payton has agreed to a one-year, $5 million deal with the New York Knicks, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Payton averaged 10.0 points and 7.2 assists per game for New York last season.
  • Forward Jeff Green is set to join his 10th team in 13 seasons, agreeing to a one-year veteran’s minimum deal with the Brooklyn Nets. Green will be reunited with Kevin Durant; the two were teammates with the Seattle SuperSonics and Oklahoma City Thunder for the first three-plus seasons of their careers.
  • Forward Gary Clark has agreed to a two-year, $4.1 million deal to stay with the Orlando Magic, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Clark played 25 games for Orlando last season after being waived by the Houston Rockets.
  • Forward Jae Crowder, who split last season between the Memphis Grizzlies and Miami Heat has agreed to a three-year, $30 million deal with the Phoenix Suns. Phoenix will be Crowder’s sixth different stop since the start of the 2016-17 season.
  • Forward Bobby Portis has agreed to a two-year, $7.5 million deal with the Milwaukee Bucks. Portis became a free agent when the New York Knicks declined his $15 million team option earlier this week.
  • Guard Kris Dunn has agreed to a two-year, $10 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks. The second year is a player option. Dunn became an unrestricted free agent when the Chicago Bulls declined to extend him a qualifying offer earlier this week.
  • Forward Maurice Harkless has agreed to a one-year, $3.6 million deal with the Miami Heat.  Harkless, who was traded from the LA Clippers to the New York Knicks in February, turned down more lucrative deals for a chance to play a prominent role with the defending Eastern Conference champions — and reenter a more cash-flushed free-agent marketplace in 2021.
  • As part of the four-team trade that is an expansion of the Bucks-Pelicans deal that sent Jrue Holiday to Milwaukee, the Oklahoma City Thunder — who are sending Steven Adams to New Orleans — will receive George Hill, Darius Miller, a 2023 protected first-round pick (via Denver) and second-round picks in 2023 (via Charlotte) and 2024 (via Washington).
  • Center Jakob Poeltl is finalizing a three-year deal worth nearly $27 million to stay with the San Antonio Spurs.
