Utah Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic appeared hopeful he can return to the court at the start of the 2020-21 season, as he told reporters on Tuesday.

“Overall, I’m fine and I’m expecting to play at the start of the season,” Bogdanovic said. “[…] I’m still waiting to fall on the floor pretty hard to see how my hand is going to react”.

Bogdanovic underwent surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist in May and has been slowly taking steps towards his recovering, preparing to step on the court once again.

The 31-year-old Croatian forward also mentioned that he’s been playing 5-on-5 during team practices and he’s “feeling way better” than before.

Utah Jazz‘s season begins on December 23rd, playing their first game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
