Luka Doncic was asked about several comments that were made on Twitter about his physical shape and people saying that he’s in poor condition.
“I mean, people on Twitter say every stuff,” Doncic said per Brad Townsend. “But, it’s true I’m not in my best shape. I will get there for sure. But, you know, I’ve never been a muscular guy, so what can I say?”
Doncic scored 27 points and got eight rebounds in the Dallas Mavericks second straight preseason win over the Milwaukee Bucks. The Slovenian point forward and his team will begin the regular season on December 24 against the Phoenix Suns.
