Luka Doncic has separated himself from Giannis Antetokounmpo and emerged as the consensus favorite to win the NBA regular-season MVP at U.S. sportsbooks, per ESPN.
While Giannis and Luka stood as co-favorites to win Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill, Doncic has been attracting twice as many bets and twice as much money as any other player, hence, taking over the top of the list. At sportsbook operator PointsBet, one out of every three bets placed has been on Doncic.
Following Doncic and Antetokounmpo – who aims to get his third straight MVP which hasn’t been done since 1983-86 and Larry Bird – are Steph Curry, Anthony Davis and LeBron James.
Odds to win NBA regular-season MVP (Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill):
Luka Doncic +400
Giannis Antetokounmpo +450
Stephen Curry +750
Anthony Davis +800
LeBron James +850
Kawhi Leonard +1,400
Kevin Durant +1,500
James Harden +1,500
Damian Lillard +2,000
