Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic fractured his right wrist in his team’s losing effort against the Indiana Pacers.
Nurkic was holding his wrist after swiping at the ball in the third quarter, and he fell to the floor after contact under the basket. It’s not known yet how much time Nurkic will miss exactly.
The Bosnian center has been averaging 10.3 points and 7.6 rebounds this season.
Nurkic recently came back from a broken left leg injury he suffered in March 2019. He played in the Orlando bubble and made an impressive return to the court, being crucial in Portland’s run to the playoffs.
