Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry passed Reggie Miller on the list of the NBA’s all-time leaders in 3-pointers made and climbed at the second place.
Curry made five 3-pointers in the Warriors‘ loss to the Utah Jazz, including his 2561st career triple that pushed him above Miller. The Indiana Pacers great had retired with 2.560 buckets from beyond the arc in 1389 games. Curry passed this number in 715 matches.
The next goal for Curry, as Miller himself reminded him, is Ray Allen. Curry needs 413 more 3-pointers for that, so it’s something like an average of four for the next 100 games. It’s just bound to happen.
Here’s Miller heartfelt message to Curry.
