Luka Doncic finished with 28 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists to post his 32nd triple-double in his NBA career and 33rd overall and lead the Dallas Mavericks to a 128 – 127 win over the Atlanta Hawks. It was the Slovenian star’s seventh triple-double this season, a league-best.

Danilo Gallinari (11 points on 2-12 shots) missed in his game-winning attempt before the final buzzer. Trae Young (25 points, 15 assists) asked for a foul in the last play after being falling on the floor while trying to set a screen.

Kristaps Porzingis contributed 15 points to the Mavs‘ win while Maxi Kleber scored six points. Clint Capela had six points and seven rebouns for the Hawks that are still without Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a season-high 47 points, had 10 rebounds and also dished out five assists vs. the Phoenix Suns but couldn’t cap that night with a win since his go-ahead jumper attempt went off target and the Bucks lost 125 – 124. The duo of Devin Booker (30 points) and Chris Paul (28 points) helped Phoenix get the victory and snap Milwaukee’s five-game winning streak.

Nikola Jokic had more of a playmaking role this time, sending 12 assists to his teammates (he also had 12 points) as the Denver Nuggets crushed the Cleveland Cavaliers 133 – 95.
