Sacramento Kings forward Nemanja Bjelica is reportedly on the Philadelphia 76ers’ radar as his current contract with the Kings approaches its end, but doesn’t keep up with trade rumors as he said.
“I don’t have my Twitter password, so I don’t follow the media at all”, Bjelica said to The Athletic’s Jason Jones. “It’s too much of a distraction.”
“I’m here just to play basketball,” added the Serbian forward. “I love playing basketball, I love being on the court, and I’m just trying to help the team to win and play as hard as I can the best that I can.”
32-year-old Bjelica averaged 6.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game this season over 10 contests, prior to being held out of the rotation in recent weeks.
