Domantas Sabonis became the first player of the Indiana Pacers logging at least 30 points, 15 rebounds, and ten assists in a single NBA game, as noted by ESPN Stats and Infos.
Sabonis, 24, went for 36 points, 17 rebounds, and ten assists in Wednesday’s overtime win against the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road. His 36 points and 46 minutes on the court marked personal-bests adding on his historic showing.
The Lithuanian big is certainly on a roll during the 2020-21 season averaging a career-best 21 points per appearance so far. In addition, he has 11.4 rebounds and 5.6 assists per contest.
The Pacers improving to 15-14 lifted them to fourth place in the Eastern Conference. Next up, the Houston Rockets on Saturday.
