Luka Doncic had 21 points, seven rebounds and five assists as the Dallas Mavericks beat Memphis Grizzlies 102 – 92 at home to register their fifth win in the last six games. The Slovenian star had a bit of a trouble with his free throws, finishing with 2-9.
Jonas Valanciunas had a double-double 11 points and 15 rebounds in the Grizzlies‘ loss. Maxi Kleber scored two points and grabbed five rebounds for the Mavericks.
Dario Saric had 14 points and nine rebounds to help the Phoenix Suns blow out the Portland Trail Blazers 132 – 100. It was the third consecutive victory for Phoenix that are now 22-10 and have the third-best record in the Western Conference.
Enes Kanter posted six points and 15 rebounds for the Blazers that couldn’t stop the Suns‘ offense and Devin Booker (34 points) in particular.
After a loss to the Los Angeles Clippers that snapped a nine-game winning streak, the Utah Jazz returned to victories by defeating the Charlotte Hornets 132 – 110. Rudy Gobert contributed a 10 points and 12 rebounds while Bojan Bogdanovic scored 10 as well.
