Giannis Antetokounmpo hit yet another triple-double leading the Milwaukee Bucks past the Washington Wizards and Russell Westbrook on Saturday night.
“He’s tough,” he replied to a question on Westbrook, “You just try to make him take tough, contested shots, make it as tough as possible whenever you face him. I think we did a pretty good job.”
The Wizards point guard managed to post a triple-double of his own, his league-leading 11th of the 2020-21 NBA Regular Season. He scored 15 out of his side’s last 18 ending up with 42. He also dished out 12 assists and grabbed ten rebounds.
“For the last minute, it’s can you execute now? Can you find the open guy? Can you make the tough shot? Can you get a stop?” pointed out the Greek Freak describing the necessary effort in crunch time, “We were able to do that today, and I’m happy, I’m very happy. And hopefully, we can carry over to the next game.”
The Bucks improved to 24-14 with their third win in a row. Antetokounmpo finished with 33 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists.
“I like the way we are defending. We can get a lot better,” he warned, “Defensively, we can get better. Offensively, we can execute better.”
