Bojan Bogdanovic was the second-highest scorer for the Utah Jazz in the 2020-21 season but that doesn’t mean that he’s ruled out of any trade talks the team may have.
That’s according to a report by Action Network that says that Bogdanovic (along with former EuroLeague champion Joe Ingles) was “bandied about as available” if it meant that the Jazz could get something in return that would provide them a “significant upgrade.”
The same report mentions that two executives “countered” that because the Jazz aren’t looking to make any changes on the core players of their roster.
Bogdanovic was more than a core guy this last season of course. The Croatian player completed the regular season with 17.0 points and 3.9 rebounds to help the Jazz finish with the 1st seed in the Western Conference. He then had a career-high 18.1 points in the playoffs where the Jazz got eliminated in the West’s semifinals by the Los Angeles Clippers.
