The festivities for the Milwaukee Bucks‘ first NBA championship in 50 years reached their peak moments Thursday (22/7) in the traditional parade around the city.

“Milwaukee, we did it baby,” Giannis Antetokounmpo said to the raving crowd who was treating him like a bona fide superstar. He also addressed his brother Thanasis who had to follow the parade from his car since he’s still in health and safety protocols.

That didn’t stop him from keeping the champagne flowing.

“G.A. What up G.A.,” Giannis shouted at Thanasis.

P.J. Tucker gave a heartfelt speech that will probably go down in Milwaukee history.

“It’s crazy,” Tucker said. “That’s what everybody like… when I came here… they were like “You got to show like you got to be the DOG. And I’m like: ‘We got DOGS’. We already got DOGS. They just don’t know how to be DOGS. And we’re gonna be DOGS.”

He went on to sip even more champagne.
