The Detroit Pistons are waiving Lithuanian swingman Deividas Sirvydis per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Sirvydis, the 37th overall pick in the 2019 Draft, signed a three-year deal with the Pistons in December to play in the NBA for the first time in his career. The 21-year-old player appeared in 20 games and averaged 2.1 points in 6.7 minutes.

Before his move to the Pistons, Sirvydis had stints in Europe with Rytas Vilnius and Hapoel Jerusalem. He won the 2019 Lithuanian Cup with Rytas, being named MVP.
