Malcolm Brogdon has agreed to an early two-year, $45 million extension with the Indiana Pacers, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Brogdon was already under a contract with the Pacers until 2023. This new deal guarantees him $89.3 over the next four years and raises his annual salary to $22.5 million.

Indiana acquired 2017 Rookie of the Year Brogdon via a sign-and-trade deal in 2019.

Per Woj, Phoenix Suns guard Landry Shamet agreed to a four-year, $43 million extension with his team while guard Grayson Allen will be signing a two-year, $20 million rookie extension with the Milwaukee Bucks. Guard Kevin Huerter also got a rookie contract extension, agreeing on a four-year, $65 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks.

While several NBA players have reached agreements on contract extensions with their clubs, that’s not the case with Deandre Ayton. The 23-year-old big man had talks with the Phoenix Suns‘ ownership but so far he’s not receiving the deal he wants in order to sign an extension.
