Chicago Bulls big man Nikola Vucevic has entered NBA’s health and safety protocols and is expected to be sidelined for multiple games, as reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
As also confirmed by The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the Montenegrin big has tested positive for COVID-19 and in this case, he could miss up to 10 days of action while in isolation.
Vucevic is on to his 11th NBA season and his second one with Chicago, and so far has been posted averages of 13.6 points, 10.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists across 34 minutes in 11 games.
Bulls are currently placed second in the Eastern Conference standings with an 8-3 record and they face Western Conference leaders Golden State Warriors on the road Friday.
