The Denver Nuggets are a completely different team when Nikola Jokic is in control and that’s exactly what happened in their 113-99 road win against the New York Knicks.
Jokic took over completely the organization in offense and paced the squad with a 32-point performance while adding 11 rebounds and five assists. He shot 14-19 from two and 3-7 from three, doing all of it in a bit under 27 minutes on the floor.
Zeke Nnaji grabbed some spotlight for himself with 21 points on 5-9 from deep while Facundo Campazzo had eight points, four assists and three rebounds.
For the Knicks, Julius Randle had an all-around display with 24 points, eight assists, seven rebounds while Evan Fournier scored 15 points.
Denver reached the .500 mark with this win and now holds an 11-11 record in the seventh spot in the Western Conference while the Knicks are 11th in the East with 11-12.
