Nikola Jokic stepped up big time for the Denver Nuggets and paced the team to a 127-112 road win over the San Antonio Spurs.
The Serbian big put on a huge performance with 35 points, 17 rebounds, and eight assists as Denver got a dose of revenge in the second straight clash against San Antonio.
Facundo Campazzo helped out with eight points and eight assists while Jakob Poeltl scored six points for the losing side which was led by Lonnie Walker with 16.
Meanwhile, two Turkish representatives stole the spotlight with record-worthy performances for their respective teams.
Alperen Sengun logged 15 points, six boards, six assists, three blocks in the loss to Memphis and became the first rookie in Houston, since Yao Ming (February 2003), to post 15 points, five rebounds, five assists and three blocks in a game.
On the other hand, Cedi Osman banked in all of his 18 points in the first half of the Cavaliers‘ win over the Kings and tied the club record. Cavs also tied their team record with 81 points in the first half.
Utah continued its winning streak with its seventh straight win (against Washington), led by Donovan Mitchell who scored 18 and Rudy Gobert who scored 20 points. Gobert also grabbed 11 boards while Bojan Bogdanovic scored 16.
In arguably the game of the night, Philadelphia turned the tables against Golden State and grabbed a 102-93 win. Joel Embiid scored 26 points and grabbed nine boards.
