The Brooklyn Nets have been in big trouble when it comes to the number of coronavirus positives as they lost more than half of their team to the protocols, including James Harden.
However, Kevin Durant played some of the best basketball and managed to lead the team to a couple more wins. Now, though, the Nets won’t be able to count on him either.
According to multiple reports, Durant is the latest Nets player to test positive and he has entered the COVID protocols which will keep him out for the next two weeks unless he tests negative twice with 24 hours apart.
And to make matters even worse, Kyrie Irving has also entered the protocols after the Nets decided on using him for the road games.
Meanwhile, Cleveland’s Evan Mobley and Knicks’ Miles McBride also entered the protocols. There have been more than 70 cases of players testing positive in December and more than 50 in just the past week.
