Omer Yurtseven has been using his chances to the full extent as he got to start for Miami Heat due to several absences. The most recent display came in the close 115-113 loss to the Sacramento Kings but the Turkish international displayed his career-best performances.
Yurtseven scored 22 points while grabbing 16 rebounds, both career highs. He also logged career highs in field goals made, as well as attempted (11-18), and in minutes played (35).
Meanwhile, Domantas Sabonis went for 32 points, 13 rebounds, seven assists while Duane Washington scored 20. In a loss to the Cavaliers though for whom Lauri Markkanen scored 12 points.
Dallas got a road win over Oklahoma as Luka Doncic returned from the health and safety protocols with 14 points, ten assists, nine rebounds. Maxi Kleber helped him with nine points while on the opposing side, Aleksej Pokusevski had nine and Teo Maledon eight points.
Josh Giddey logged 17 points, 13 boards, 14 assists in that duel and became the youngest player to log a triple-double, at 19 years and 84 days old, passing LaMelo Ball.
Boston got an overtime win against Orlando with Jaylen Brown erupting for 50 points while Dennis Schroder followed with 21. Franz Wagner scored 14 for the Magic.
