Utah Jazz forward Joe Ingles has suffered a season-ending torn left ACL, according to Adrian Wojnarowski. The 34-year-old was found to have no other structural damage in his left knee.
Ingles is expected to have surgery within the next two weeks. He’s in the final year of his contract with the Jazz and was the league’s runner-up for the Sixth Man Award a season ago.
The Australian played 45 games this season, averaging 7.2 points, 3.5 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 25 minutes. He’s been shooting 35% from deep. Utah holds a 30-21 record in the fourth spot of the Western Conference.
