James Harden will miss the upcoming NBA 2022 All-Star weekend due to a left hamstring injury and his status will be updated after the break.
He was supposed to be on LeBron James’ team. That spot will belong to Jarrett Allen who was picked as the injury replacement by the NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
The 32-year-old Harden hasn’t played since February 2 and the Brooklyn Nets’ loss to the Sacramento Kings. He’s been averaging 22.5 points, 10.2 assists, and eight rebounds this season and was recently traded to the Philadelphia 76ers.
Allen, 23, has earned his first NBA All-Star selection. He is averaging a career-high 16.2 points, a career-high 11.1 rebounds and 1.35 blocked shots in 49 games this season.
