Nik Stauskas has dominated the G League this week and he managed to enter the history books by scoring a total of 100 points in two back-to-back games.
He first scored 57 points on 11-15 shooting from the three-point range and then followed up with 43 points on 9-13 from deep. He also added six rebounds and five assists in each game that concluded with the win of his team.
Stauskas became the second player in G League history to score 100 or more points over two straight games. Additionally, he became the first player in the league’s history to accomplish the feat in back-to-back games.
The Canadian was drafted to the NBA back in 2014 and played for the Sacramento Kings, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, Portland Trail Blazers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Miami Heat.
In the 2019-20 season, Stauskas played for Baskonia in his European debut. He logged 22 EuroLeague games, averaging nine points on 42% shooting from three, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists.
