Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry was diagnosed with a sprained ligament on his left foot and will be re-evaluated in two weeks, his team announced.
Curry was injured during the first half of the 110-88 loss to the Boston Celtics Wednesday (16/3). He went for a loose ball and Celtics forward Marcus Smart also made a play do it with a dive and landed on Curry’s foot.
Per Warriors:
Warriors guard Steph Curry, who exited Wednesday’s game vs. Boston with 4:09 remaining in the second quarter due to left foot injury, underwent an MRI on Wednesday night.
The MRI indicated that Curry suffered a sprained left foot ligament. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
