While there were a few scenarios for the final playoff picture, everything turned out as expected without any huge surprises.
Boston locked in the No. 2 seed in the East with a convincing win over Memphis while the Bucks lost at the same against Cleveland and will enter the playoffs from the third spot.
The race for the seeds among the Eastern Play-In teams was close but they will enter the matchups with Cleveland leading as sixth while Brooklyn, Atlanta, and Charlotte follow.
In the West, Golden State secured third while Dallas stayed fourth followed by Utah and Denver. The Phoenix Suns finished with the best record at 64-18.
