Matteo Spagnolo has become an early candidate for the NBA draft per an announcement by the agency Sigma Sports, which represents him.
The 19-years old Spagnolo plays for Vanoli Cremona on loan from Real Madrid and he is having a great season and is averaging 12.2 points (44% in threes), 3.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists.
Currently, he is projected to be chosen in the second round of the NBA draft and he is widely considered the best available point guard from Europe. His contract with Real Madrid includes an NBA out clause.
