The Minnesota Timberwolves were heavily criticized after losing Game 3 against the Memphis Grizzlies despite having a big lead twice, however, the team managed to leave it all behind and recover in Game 4 with 119-118 on the scoreboard.

The sides are now tied at 2-2 and Karl-Anthony Towns was the main force behind the latest effort of the Wolves. He had a slow start to the playoffs but scored 33 points in the fourth match along with 14 rebounds.

Anthony Edwards followed up with 24 while Patrick Beverly stepped up as well with 17 points. For Memphis, Desmond Bane banked in 34 points while Dillon Brooks had 24. Ja Morant delivered 11 points, 15 assists, and eight boards.

It was a close game through and through but Minnesota gave up the lead in only two short occasions in the first half, and was consistently in the lead during the whole second half.

Memphis scored a couple of threes in the last minute of the game to create themselves a chance but Edwards and Towns calmly made all of their free-throw attempts to seal the deal for the Wolves.
