Steph Curry put on an amazing show in Boston leading the Golden State Warriors to a 107-97 win over the Celtics to tie the NBA Finals series at 2-2, taking the home advantage back.
Curry had his best game yet in the series when it mattered the most with a total of 43 points on seven made threes, 10 rebounds, and also four assists.
“Τhere’s a lot of pride in our group, a lot of talks during the last 48 hours about how we can get back into the series”, said Curry after the game adding that “it’s crazy cause I think we can still play a little bit better”.
With the game being close until the last five minutes, Klay Thompson with a big three gave the Warriors a 95-94 lead and the guests never looked back. Thompson finished the night with 18 points and Andrew Wiggins also had a big contribution with 17 points and a personal best of 16 rebounds.
Serb Nemanja Bjelica in nine minutes of action added one point and one steal.
Jayson Tatum with 23 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists led the Celtics, however, in the last five minutes, only Al Horford scored with a three, as the Warriors finished the game on a 15-3 run.
The series moves to San Francisco for Game 5 on Monday.
