Chinanu Onuaku has already played for the Houston Rockets between 2016 and 2018 and he might get another NBA chance after getting this season the Israeli League MVP.
After a number of NBA workouts and with Panathinaikos already interested in him, Onuaku will work out during the Las Vegas Summer League on the 13th of July on the UNLV campus and among others, the Raptors, the Clippers, the Celtics, the Cavs, the Mavs, and the Lakers are expected to be in attendance.
And while Onuaku is fighting for an NBA chance, the interest of Panathinaikos is expected to soon present an official offer to the player for a two-year contract.
For the moment, the signing of Nick Calathes is the priority of the Greek club, however, with major changes expected in the roster, the Greens must start moving in the market for their other targets also.
