Dallas Mavericks will face Chicago Bulls tonight without their first star Luka Doncic, as he suffered an injury.

Luka is ruled out of the game with a right quadriceps strain, while Maxi Kleber and Josh Green will also miss the match against the Bulls.

The three-time All-Star, who averages an impressive 32,9 points this season, complained of pain during his side’s 106-105 defeat vs. the Bucks.

The Mavs decided to sideline him for the trip to United Center, in front of a three-game home run against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

There were a lot of talks this season about his high usage percentages, one of the highest in the league. Head coach of the Mavs Jason Kidd joked about putting Doncic into the freezer, to keep him fresh.

Jokes aside, Luka Doncic will miss only his second game this season, as he didn’t play against the Houston Rockets mid-November.
