Despite only five games played last night, and as usual, some notable Euro performances were registered.
First and foremost, Giannis Antetokounmpo had a big game leading the Bucks to a 128-111 victory against the champions Golden State Warriors.
The Greek Freak had 30 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists, as the Warriors could not find an answer for Antetokounmpo down the stretch.
The night’s biggest upset came in Houston as the Rockets took down the Suns 111-97. The big man from Turkey, Alpren Sengun had 10 points and 16 rebounds.
Finland’s pride Lauri Markkanen also had a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds as Utah Jazz won against the New Orleans Pelicans 121-100. For the losing side, Lithuanian center Valanciunas had 15 points and six rebounds.
